Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the InvoiceMate service (billmatepay.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

InvoiceMate is a web-based tool that helps freelancers create, send and track invoices, monitor overdue payments, send payment reminders, and manage clients. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Your obligations

• Provide accurate account and business information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
• Not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Ensure the invoices and client data you submit are accurate and that you have the right to use them.

4. Invoices, payments and fees

You are responsible for the content of the invoices you create and for your own billing relationship with your clients. Subscription fees for the service are payable in advance and processed by our payment partner, Creem. We do not process your payment details directly.

5. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain all rights to the data and content you submit.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or make changes to the service at any time.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your access to the service will end.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
