• Account information: when you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via our authentication provider).
• Invoice and client data: the invoices, client names, email addresses, line items, amounts and related data you create and store in the service.
• Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Creem. We do not store or process your card or payment details ourselves.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and improve the service.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To send invoices and payment reminders you initiate.
• To communicate with you about the service, including support.

4. Data storage

Your account, invoice and client data is stored in a Supabase database, protected by access controls. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information.

5. Payments

Subscription payments are handled by our payment partner, Creem. Your payment details are processed under Creem's own privacy policy and are not collected, stored or processed by us.

6. Your rights

You may access the data you have stored in the service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable time.
